My Memorial QR Center

Welcome to the My Memorial QR Center™. You can activate a My Memorial QR product, redeem an activation included with an eligible cremation urn purchase, or manage a Memorial QR you have already activated.

Remember, your QR is permanent, but where it points is always up to you. You’re not locked into a specific website. Change the destination anytime without replacing your QR plate, keychain, or previously downloaded copies.

Need to Create an Online Memorial?

There are many free and paid online memorial services available. Your Memorial QR can connect to any public memorial page you choose — including an obituary, Facebook page, YouTube video, genealogy page, or any other public website.

Features, plans and pricing may change. Mainely Urns is not affiliated with or endorsed by the services listed above. You may use any memorial website or public webpage you choose.

Already Have Years of Memories on Facebook?

Facebook allows a deceased person's account to be memorialized. A memorialized Facebook profile can preserve photos, posts and other memories that have already been shared.

Once the profile is memorialized and publicly accessible, you can use its web address as the destination for your Mainely Urns Memorial QR.

Facebook's memorialization policies and features are managed by Facebook and may change. Mainely Urns is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook.

Your Memorial Can Change. Your QR Doesn't Have To.

You can change where your Memorial QR points in the future without replacing the QR plate. This allows your memorial to grow and change over time.
